ORDERING PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION:
- Order your antimalarials or other items on-line. You will then shortly receive an automated invoice back to your email account requesting that you print this out and post on to the address provided together with your prescription.
- Alternatively print out the Mail Order form from the Home Page of the website and complete a form for each person travelling. We no longer accept cheques and would request that you add your prescription plus card details before posting on to the address provided.
Once we receive your prescription plus completed form we will be able to forward your antimalarials (or other prescription items) to the address you have provided for delivery. Please note we CANNOT accept faxes or scans and must have the original prescription before the medication can be posted on to you.
We attempt to post out medication the day after the prescription is received wherever possible though please allow for weekends when we are not in the office.
All medication is posted out free of charge by '2nd class post Recorded Delivery' Royal Mail which means a signature is required on delivery, hence a businesss address or other where there is likely to be someone present would be an advantage, if not Royal mail will leave a 'while you were out' card and request that you collect from the post office in question or arrange re-delivery.
There is an option when ordering on-line or using the Mail Order form to upgrade delivery to 1st class post (an extra £1.00) or Guaranteed Next Day delivery (an extra £6.00). Please note that Guaranteed Next Day delivery requests need to be received before midday if they are required for the following working day.
