Malaria Risk Travel Information

If visiting Esmereldas Province you will require Mefloquine, Doxycycline, or Malarone. Risk is present in all other areas below 1500 metres. You will need Chloroquine + Proguanil (Paludrine/Avloclor Travel Pack) anti-malarial medication. No risk in Galapagos islands or Guayaquil.
