The Airogym™ is a pocket-sized inflatable exercise cushion that is designed to increase blood flow through the veins in the leg. In fact it is scientifically proven to increase circulation by an average of three times.

Any journey that is longer than four hours - whether it is by plane, train, boat or coach - where a traveller is relatively immobile produces a risk of DVT. Although the risk increases with age, nobody is immune. The action of pushing your feet up and down against the resistance of an inflated Airogym™ exerciser is designed to help improve circulation if you are not able to walk around regularly.

These active exercises are responsible for pumping fluid from the legs and may also reduce or prevent ankle swelling.

When folded neatly the Airogym™ measures approximately 160mm x 160mm and comes in a clear, sealed poly bag. Fully expanded its dimensions are 470mm x 160mm and when inflated it is approx. 70mm high. It weighs 65g.
