We offer free delivery* on all mainland UK orders and we aim to dispatch orders within 24-72 hours (please allow for weekends, bank holidays and busy periods). Please note that we have a handling time of 24-72 hours (to factor in weekends/stock coming in next day), this time is in addition to the courier service you select at checkout. These turnaround times are a guide and our advice is to order at least two weeks before going on holiday.
Orders are sent out via UK Standard Delivery as a default, but upgraded services to shorten transit time are also available, where we use Express Delivery or Express Premium Delivery. Next Day postage option is only available Monday to Thursday. This does not mean your order will be processed any quicker! Typically we will use Royal Mail Tracked services for Standard and Express Delivery. Premium Express Delivery is with a courier, for example DPD.
We may need to contact you regarding Online Consultations, so please provide a valid email address and telephone number. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct and complete information.
We will not be held responsible for any losses if your order does not arrive in time.

Travelpharm Returns and Refunds
We understand that you may want, at times, to return an item you've purchased from us. To make this process quick and convenient for you, please read the policy below.
We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it correctly for you as it cannot be resold.
Of course, if we have made a mistake or the product is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns as long as you contact us within 10 days of receiving the order and received the product back within 30 days. Once we have received the returned item we will refund the amount paid or resend the product.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any other item you have purchased from us, you may return it if you notify us within 10 days of receiving the order and we receive the product back within 30 days. Once we have received the returned item we will refund the amount paid or resend the product.
All returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.
Customer errors - Customers are humans and make mistakes. Sometimes customers put the wrong address in on their order. We are happy to reship the item when it is returned to us by Royal Mail. This may take up to 28 days depending on the error made.
Non - Delivery - If an item remains undelivered within 7 working days (exc Sat-Sun) from dispatch then the customer needs to check with their local delivery office/post office for uncollected items.
Experience is that many items are waiting there and no card has been left.
Any return which does not meet the conditions set above will not be refunded or replaced.
