Canesten Soft Gel Pessary & External Cream is a dual treatment for vaginal thrush. It comes with a pessary that works on the inside of your body and with a cream, which helps tackle the external symptoms of vaginal thrush.

Vaginal thrush is a common infection that most women have at some time in their lives, and is not caused by a lack of personal hygiene. This product is the ideal solution to help treat not only the cause but the other symptoms as well.

How To Use:

Pessary - Insert the soft gel pessary into the vagina (as high as possible), with the help of the applicator. Best to do this at night before going to sleep, for a convenient and comfortable treatment.

Cream - Apply a thin and even layer around the area of the vagina 2-3 times a day to relieve external itchiness and discomfort. Smooth in gently. Use until symptoms have disappeared.

The symptoms of thrush should disappear within three days of treatment.

Warning:

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or trying for a baby, speak with your doctor or midwife before using this.

As with other creams, this product may reduce the effectiveness of rubber contraceptives, such as condoms or diaphragms. Do not use this product during your period as it may be less effective.
