Each pack contains one 20 minute treatment.

Directions:

1: Thoroughly wash and dry your feet.

2: Take out and unfold the boots. Use scissors to cut off the top to open the boot. Place your foot inside the boot, peel off the tab of the adhesive strip and use this to secure the top of the boot around your ankle (adhere strip to boot only not skin).

3: Remove the boots after 15-20 minutes.
