Anxiety is a feeling of worry or fear that most people experience at some point in their lives, this isn’t usually anything to worry about but this can however have a huge impact on your day to day life, and the causes of anxiety is completely different for each individual person.

Dosage:

Adults and the elderly: Take two tablets three times per day with water after meals.

Maximum daily dose is 6 tablets.

Contains:

33.75mg of Extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana Officinalis L.) (Equivalent to 135 to 167mg of valerian root) extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v, Sucrose.
