Apply to your temples/forehead as required.

Remove the cap from the roller ball.

Apply using small circular massage movements on the temples/forehead and whilst doing so gently squeeze the tube to release the roller ball gel.

Reapply as often as required but if skin sensations become too strong discontinue use immediately.

Replace cap securely after use.

On initial opening greater force may be required to open and release the gel.
