Providing reliable overnight relief for consipation, helps to relieve symptoms in 6-12 hours. Senokot senna is obtained from the seed pods of the senna plant, and works by gently stimulating the bowel to encourage bowel movement for the relief of occasional or non-persistent constipation. Each tablet contains standardised senna equivalent to 7.5mg total sennosides.

Dosage Information:
- Adults and children over 12: Take 1- 2 tablets at night. (do not take more than 2 tablets in any 24hr period).
- Children 12 and under: Consult your doctor.

Dose can be repeated on a daily basis until bowel action is restored, but if there is no bowel movement within 3 days of use, consult your doctor.

Stimulant laxatives such as Senna, do not aid in weight loss and should never be used for this purpose. They are indicated for the short-term relief of occasional constipation. If you need senna regularly or are using for any other purpose then please seek medical advice.
