Sudafed Blocked Nose Nasal Spray provides 3-way rapid relief:

This powerful nasal spray gets to work in minutes, and its effects can last for up to 10 hours, helping clear your blocked nose and relieve any discomfort caused by cold and flu or allergies.
Just one spray up each nostril helps to clear blocked airways and reduce stuffiness, to help you breathe freely through your nose once again.
What Causes Nasal Congestion?
Nasal congestion is caused due to the swelling of the nose lining. The swelling blocks the air flow through the nose, this medicine helps to reduce the swelling inside the nose, which makes it easier to breathe.
Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: One spray to be used in each nostril two to three times a day as needed.
DO NOT give to children under 12 years old.
DO NOT take more than 3 doses in 24 hours.
DO NOT use continuously for more than 7 days.
If symptoms persist or worsen, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
How To Use Sudafed Blocked Nose Nasal Spray:
1. Remove the plastic cap from the nozzle.
2. When using the spray for the first time, press the plunger downwards while supporting the base with your thumb and release until a single spray is delivered.
3. Hold the bottle upright and place the nozzle into one nostril. Press the plunger downwards and at the same time breathe in through your nose. Release the plunger and remove the nozzle from the nostril. Repeat this process for the other nostril.
4. Wipe the nozzle and replace the plastic cap after use.
Contains:
The active ingredient in Sudafed Blocked Nose Spray is: Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% w/v.
Other ingredients are: Benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium monohydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, sorbitol solution, purified water.

What Side Effects Could I Expect?
Sudafed Blocked Nose Nasal Spray is usually well tolerated, however like all medicine some people can experience some side effects, if you experience any of the following, stop using the medicine and seek immediate medical help:
- Nosebleeds (Uncommon)
- Occasionally, people may experience local irritation such as burning, soreness, dryness,stinging, itching or sneezing.
- Nausea and headache may rarely occur.
- If this medicine is used continuously for long periods, congestion symptoms may return.
Can I Use Sudafed Blocked Nose Nasal Spray If I Am Pregnant or Breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant, or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
