These multivitamin and mineral tablets help to play an important role in all bodily function, growth and development. Vitamins A, C and D help support immune system function. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells.
B Vitamins help release energy and the Folic Acid helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Iron plays a role in the normal formation of haemoglobin while Zinc helps maintain normal skin, hair and nails. The added Manganese should help support normal bones.
