Omega-3 Fish Oil helps contribute to normal heart function and can be used in adults, children and pregnant women.
A formulation providing the important fatty acids EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid)and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) which contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect obtained with a daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA).
EPA and DHA have both been shown to reduce your risk of heart disease and seem to show benefits protecting patient's who have already suffered cardiac damage.
DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (beneficial effect obtained with a daily intake of 250mg DHA).

How do I take these capsules?
