What are Valupak Pregnancy Tablets for?:
A vitamin and mineral food supplement to help maintain health, vitality and wellbeing throughout the pregnancy cycle.
The NHS advises that people take folic acid ideally for three months before trying to get pregnant and during the first trimester (3 months) of pregnancy. A good supply of folic acid is important for a babies brain and spine development.
Alongside Folic acid this supplement includes other B vitamins to support normal energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue, Vitamin C, Selenium and zinc for immune system function.
Free from sugar, gluten, yeast, artificial flavours, colours and preservatives.
This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How do I take these tablets?:
Adults: One tablet per day to be taken with food or liquid.
Do not chew or swallow these tablets whole.

Each tablet provides: Vitamin D 10μg, Vitamin E 12mg, Vitamin K 75μg, Vitamin C 80mg, Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 1.1mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.4mg, Niacin 16mg, Vitamin B6 1.4mg, Folic Acid 400μg, Vitamin B12 2.5μg, Biotin 50μg.
