Dioralyte Oral Electrolyte Supplement Sachets are a pleasant flavoured citrus drink designed to replace fluid and salts lost during times of illness. They provide fast and effective treatment for both adults and children (Under the age of 2 years seek medical advice as soon as possible).
These sachets contain a pleasant citrus flavoured drink (add to 200ml of water) to help to replace fluids and salts lost during attacks of diarrhoea and dehydration. When you have diarrhoea you lose more fluid and electrolytes than you normally would, which can make you dehydrated. They can be used by both adults and children (under the age of 2 years seek medical advice as soon as possible).
Adults and children over 12 years: Up to two sachets to be dissolved in a large glass of water (up to 400ml for two sachets) and drink it all., after each loose motion.
Children 1 to 12 years: One sachet to be dissolved in a large glass of water(200ml) and drink it all., after each loose motion.
Infants 3 months to 1 year: Give one to one and a half times the usual feed volume in 24 hours under close medical supervision. If drinking water is not available or the medication is for an infant then freshly boiled and cooled water must be used.
Each sachet contains Glucose 3.56g, Disodium hydrogen citrate 0.53g, Sodium chloride 0.47g and Potassium chloride 0.3g.
Not suitable for use under three months without consulting a doctor. Avoid use if on a low sodium diet.

Orders are sent out via UK Standard Delivery (usually Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class), but upgraded services to shorten transit time are also available, where we use Express Delivery at £3.99 (usually Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class) or Express Premium Delivery at £6.99 (DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery).
Next Day postage options are only available Monday to Thursday are unable to guarantee a Saturday delivery. Please note the Premium Express delivery option does not mean your order will be processed any faster.

We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it correctly for you as it cannot be resold. This is to ensure the integrity of the UK medicine supply chain.
Of course, if we have made a mistake or if the product is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns as long as you contact us within 10 days of receiving the order and we have received the product back within 30 days. Please give us a call or contact Travelpharm via the contact us page if you wish to return an item due to an error made by ourselves as we will need to thoroughly investigate why the error occurred. This is our obligation as a registered UK pharmacy.
Once we have received the returned item we will refund the amount paid or resend the product.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any other item you have purchased from us, you may return it if you notify us within 10 days of receiving the order and we receive the product back within 30 days. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.
